The profit center owner is responsible for the entrepreneurial implementation of the projects. He coordinates communication to the outside and inside. |
Each discipline is synonymous with the other. Only the inherited task defines the hierarchy. This "flat" approach ensures that every employee always has the same opportunities as a supervisor at the time, or that a supervisor has to prove himself over and over again. In practice, e.g. a consultant build a profit center. In order to achieve this, we need above all well-trained and motivated employees. That means: We want our employees to continue their education. If possible 1-2 times a year. Only with current knowledge can one offer technologically sophisticated solutions. Internally there is a partnership relationship, in which one comes further, if one supports each other. Depending on the responsibility, we have a bonus system based on the success of the profit center. The details negotiate the employees with the profit center owners. Each new employee starts (depending on previous education) as a specialist. Through his work in our company, he has his career in his own hands from day one. In order to accomplish the tasks below, we need reinforcement at our locations in Bavaria, Berlin and NRW and locally at our customers. We are always looking for permanent employees such as support experts, consultants and programmers in Oracle and Java.
